Spring is coming which means Summer is right Around the Corner!
We are Starting a 6 week Program to help you get into Shape!!
The Program Includes:
- A Nutritional & Fitness Class Monday Evenings 7:15pm
with Kelly
- Yoga/Stretch Class with Emily Sundays at 10am
- Weekly motivational Emails and Recipes
- KORE Tank or Tee!! New Spring Colors!!
These Classes will ONLY be Open to those of you doing the Program!!
