Focus on Cardiorespiratory fitness, Core Development, and Muscular Strength and Endurance. The sessions will be composed of exercises such as push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, calisthenics, and light resistance work. Any level can join from advanced to beginners.
High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)
This class combines functional fitness with short intense bouts of exercise followed by an even shorter recovery. Be prepared to improve your endurance, strength, agility, flexibility, and mobility. All levels welcome. Modifications and Progressions will be given.
45 minute high intensity spin class. The perfect combination of hills, sprints, and sweat!
Spin & Sculpt
The perfect combination of cardio and strength. This 60 minute class features 45 minutes of spin followed by 15 minutes of strength work.
Intervals & Arms
Take your upper body toning and cycle training to the next level with high intensity intervals of climbs and sprints. Throughout we will also target your arms and core. Get a great full body workout!
This class combines strength and cardio with those techniques and movements practiced in Vinyasa yoga.
