At Kore we have the perfect variety of classes to keep your workouts fresh and keep you moving closer to your goals. Our class descriptions are a great way to start your journey. Feel free to choose a class that interests you or try them all!

Focus on Cardiorespiratory fitness, Core Development, and Muscular Strength and Endurance. The sessions will be composed of exercises such as push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, calisthenics, and light resistance work. Any level can join from advanced to beginners.
High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)
This class combines functional fitness with short intense bouts of exercise followed by an even shorter recovery. Be prepared to improve your endurance, strength, agility, flexibility, and mobility. All levels welcome. Modifications and Progressions will be given.
Small Group Spin
45 minute high intensity spin class. The perfect combination of hills, sprints, and sweat! This is a specialty class offered every 6 weeks with limited availability.
Spin & Sculpt
The perfect combination of cardio and strength. This 60 minute class features 45 minutes of spin followed by 15 minutes of strength work.
Functional Strength & Core
In this class Maria combines elements from several exercise disciplines into one very challenging workout. It offers an aerobic workout similar to Bootcamp in combination with targeted exercises to increase strength, improve core and back health, and gain mobility. It will utilize bodyweight training, isometrics, weights, bands, and even some elements of yoga. The aim is to spend more time on gaining stability and control by focusing on proper form.
Flexibility & Mobility
Loosen up your hips and back through dynamic stretching, and other moves that focus on restorative functional exercises.
A choreographed dance class using high and low impact aerobic dance moves to burn calories.
This class will incorporate a Vinyasa Flow to warm up the body, build strength, and connect movement to breath. In addition, static stretches and movements will be used to increase flexibility and mobility as well as the use of guided meditation to quiet the mind and seal in all the benefits of your hard work.
Basic techniques and fundamentals. During this class we will break down the basic techniques of specific exercises. Great for exercising beginners.
Basic bike setup, positions, and moves.
