Kore Bootcamp
In-Studio Bootcamp Fitness Class. An interval training class that mixes cardio, body weight & strength training exercises. With a different workout each class. This class is designed to push participants harder than they'd push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.
Spin
Join us for an indoor cycling class. This low-impact, high-intensity workout, with upbeat music. Intervals, Hills, Sprints, and tempo rides.
Spin & Strength
This is Indoor Cycling and Strength workout. Combining cycling drills for cardiovascular training followed by a resistance workout for upper and lower body strength.
Kore Strength
Join us for this fun, functional, and always fresh workout. This will help tone and strengthen major muscle groups. A total-body workout using various equipment.
Kore Abs
A 30min class focusing on every angel of your core including your lower back using a variety of exercises
Kore Circuit
Kore Circuit is a class that involves rotating through various stations. This class will use a variety of different exercises that target different parts of the body.
