Founded by Matt & Kelly Backert, Kore Bootcamps is dedicated to helping individuals improve their lives through fitness. With over 20 years of combined fitness industry experience, Matt & Kelly’s shared vision of fitness and desire to help others has become their life work.

Kelly, named Harford County Best Personal Trainer, has more than 10 years experience in the fitness world. She is also the Founder of Boot Camps by Kelly and has worked with corporations and schools to deliver messages ranging from nutrition to living a more healthy lifestyle.
Matt is a former manager and director of fitness and sports operations. He was a 3 sport high school athlete and 2 sport college athlete. Matt is a Certified Personal Trainer as well as Sports Performance Coach. In addition to training Matt also serves as a baseball coach for youth and high school teams and is the Founder of the Maryland Baseball Club.

I just moved in the area and I was looking to get back to working out and you posted your free 4th of July boot camp and I said OK F it I'll go! So I go by myself walk up and I did my 1st class and I was like oh man what did I just do!? I felt a little intimidated in the beginning but I was like OK I lived through this let's do it again!

I keep motivated in so many ways, by knowing the long term effects of staying active, and for my family, and that after losing 85lbs going from a size 18 to a size 7 with the help of Kore kicking my butt every time I show up, with the support of my friends iv made at the gym! That with everything I have accomplished I don't ever want to go back! That's what keeps me motivated
