Matt Costanzi

I'm an engineer by occupation and generally a jack of all trades. My hobbies include automotive work from basic maintenance to custom stereo installs, home improvement projects/renovations and grilling/cooking.
I've always been an active person growing up and ran track and field in high school. My fitness began to drop off during college and upon graduation. I got back into exercising in 2012 during time overseas supporting our troops and haven't ever really looked back. Exercising to me is one of the best stress relievers out there.

I joined Kore Bootcamps in Oct 2017 when it first opened and was glad to have found a new small group fitness gym with great instructors and awesome people that made working out fun again. It wasn't until 7 months into my membership that Kelly finally convinced me to try out some spin classes. I never thought I would like spin but after reoccurring back injuries I figured it would be a good way to still workout without the impact on my back. A few classes in and I was hooked. Spinning is one of the best cardio workouts I have done. You don't have to be the strongest or fastest, just push hard, give it your all and you will see results.

I believe that going to the gym should not be looked at as a task, chore or requirement because it prevents you from being fully committed to achieving your goals. You are your strongest driving force towards achieving your fitness goals and I believe that surrounding yourself with positive and encouraging people will only drive you harder. I want a workout to be fun and challenging at the same time. No matter how you felt before your workout you should feel great at the end because of the challenges you over came during it.
