Jenn has been passionate about fitness since playing lacrosse in high school and college. She began running 5ks and half marathons, then moved onto HIIT/bootcamp style classes to compliment her endurance training. Like many, she started taking hot yoga for the sweat factor and awesome workout but soon found the calming, therapeutic benefits of a regular yoga practice. Jenn is striving to incorporate balance in her life, from cardio and strength training to flexibility and meditation, and believes we should all pay attention to what our body is asking for and give it just that.
