Q. What if I'm unsure if I'm going to like a class?

A. Your first class is always free. This way you can try a class before making a decision to purchase a membership

Q. How do I purchase a membership?

A. Simply click on the link "Get Started" at the top of this page and choose a membership that's right for you.

Q. How do I book a class?

A. Click on the "Schedule" link at the top of this page and then find the class you wish to attend. Click 'Book' to sign up!

Q. How come I am unable to book a class?

A. We only allow individuals to book a class within a 7 day window. If the class you are booking occurs more than 7 days out you are unable to book that class.

Q. Do you offer anything besides bootcamp classes?

A. We offer a variety of fitness services beside bootcamp classes. We offer spin classes, weight loss programs, personal training, and health coaching as well.

Q. I missed my class, is there a penalty for missing?

A. We allow members to cancel a class they booked 12 hours prior to the class. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance or simply do not show up for your class you will be chargedĀ a $15 "no show"

Q. How come you charge a fee if I simply don't show up?

A. We understand things happen. However, we implemented the "no show" fee policy for many reasons. The main reason is because many of our classes have limited capacity and we want to ensure individuals don't just sign up for classes with no intent of attending. This could in most cases prevent another individual from attending.

Q. Do I have to be "fit" to attend one of your classes?

A. No. All of our classes are geared towards any fitness level.
