Eric Young

Eric comes from a diverse athletic background of individual and team sports. A 200 hour registered yoga teacher, he was first exposed to the discipline in high school but didn’t fully embrace it until later in life to counter some stress and some long standing back issues. After practicing daily for several years, he pursued yoga teacher training to deepen his practice and discovered a passion for helping others improve their fitness and reduce stress. An avid runner, Eric integrates an athletic, vinyasa style, infused with a light hearted humorous flavor to his classes.
