I’m living proof that this gym can help you bring about big changes in your life! I started coming to Kore as a member and continue to take classes regularly. My full-time job is in Corporate Training and Staff Development, but when I’m teaching spin at Kore, my goal is to give you an intense cardio workout while we listen to great music. Spinning is an excellent way to build strength, endurance, and promote overall cardiovascular health.
